What types of keys or fobs fit in the lock boxes?
We offer three sizes of lock boxes — each one built to support different types of Airbnb guest access:
Small Master Lock key safes fit most standard door keys, key cards, or one small key fob — perfect for minimal setups.
Large Master Lock key safes can hold a few standard keys, cards, and a couple of small fobs — great for shared or dual access.
Extra Large custom lock boxes (available in Surfers Paradise only) are designed to fit multiple keys, key cards, and several key fobs — ideal for multi-room or full-home setups.
If you plan to store anything oversized or unusually shaped, just reach out — we’ll confirm if it’s a fit before you hire.

Can I cancel my hire agreement early?
You can cancel early with 7 days’ notice. However, unused time is non-refundable. Learn more about our cancellation policies.

Our lock boxes are permanently installed. You can’t move them, but we offer flexible location options for your properties.
