How do I end my hire of the lock box?
You don’t need to physically return anything — just email us at least 7 days before you’d like to end your hire, and advise of the current code; we’ll remove access and update our system.
However, please note: Refunds are not issued for unused time.
So if you’ve paid for a full month and decide to cancel after two weeks, the balance is non-refundable.
