Can I suspend my hire if the property is vacant for a period?
Unfortunately, no — lock box hire is continuous, based on weekly or monthly terms.
If your property is going offline, you’ll need to cancel the hire agreement. Just give us at least 7 days’ written notice.

✅ Rejoin when you’re ready (subject to availability)
Please note: Refunds aren’t issued for unused time.
So if you cancel halfway through a billing period, the remaining time is non-refundable.
When you’re ready to resume, let us know — and we’ll do our best to reactivate a lock box at your preferred location.
