Holiday Property Service is the founding business, operating for over 15 years on the Gold Coast. We support property owners, hosts, and managers with professional housekeeping, changeovers, and guest support services.
We look after more than 450 active properties, with a team designed to handle high volumes and quick turnarounds without compromising quality. Over 50,000 cleans completed and counting.

BNB HIRE LINEN
Gold Coast Hotel-Grade Linen Hire for Holiday Rentals
BnB Hire Linen was created when major linen suppliers withdrew from the short-stay market on the Gold Coast. We now supply high-quality, hotel-grade linen to Airbnb hosts, contract cleaners, and property managers, with simple pickup or delivery options.
We’re based in Burleigh Heads, close to the M1, making it easy to collect linen bundles five days a week.
We also offer delivery across selected Gold Coast areas for a small fee.
With strong commercial supply chains, we maintain high stock levels and consistent supply, even during peak season.

Lock Box Hire for Airbnb and Short-Stay Hosts (more services coming soon)
Conciergly was launched to fix a growing problem for hosts: reliable key access for guests and cleaners.
We offer secure, weatherproof lock box hire at fixed locations in Surfers Paradise, Palm Beach, and Coolangatta (more locations to come). Hosts or managers choose the code, manage access, and handle guest communication directly.
We support our clients only, not their guests, keeping things simple and in your complete control.
The goal is to remove the stress from check-ins, especially for self-managed properties and after-hours arrivals.
